Community lays the foundation for local entrepreneur, Erinn Trebaczkiewicz of The Skinny. She has paved a new path for communion in Edmonton; Bringing together families, bloggers, photographers, videographers and a plethora of entrepreneurs.
Never one to play it safe, Erinn opened The Skinny just one month shy of her twins being born, and with a bouncing toddler at home. She gave up her day job and in just two years has grown her online presence to an intimate boutique space nestled in vacancy hall. To add to the growth, Erinn made the thoughtful decision to begin the design process for her brand. Filling the gap in not only children clothing, but in teen’s and women’s as well.
Erinn can easily rattle off her customers names and her contagious laugh and joyful spirit are apparent with every interaction. Her shop is for the people, for the community, for you.
With growth comes the process of change. It’s the branches that stem from a need and it’s the necessary movement to propel yourself forwards and gather collectively to build something bigger than just yourself.
We have thrived on the support of this community and without you, we couldn’t have achieved this rapid success.
Yet, we want more!
The Skinny needs to be with you and your children. It needs your names to a face and your laughter to fill the spaces.
We want The Skinny to be an experience when you come with your children.
We want the small talk, the big talk and everything in between. We want the space to be a collective kinship where families come together and embrace fun, chaos, and connection. What better way to build upon that fellowship than have us play, create and grow with you and the littlest loves of your lives?
