Is there any drink better than Prosecco? We think the stuff is pretty darn near perfect if you ask us! Delicious on it’s own but also incredibly versatile, we thought we’d share 3 easy ways to spruce up your Prosecco for your next girls night or you know, just a regular Tuesday – no judging here! haha 😉
Pineapple and Mint Prosecco Punch
Looking for a bit of a twist on your classic mimosa? Dress up your favourite brunch sip with a bit of pineapple juice and some mint to freshen it up! This drink really is so simple, in a pitcher place 1-1.5 cups of pineapple chunks at the bottom, then pour in a bottle of your favourite prosecco. Top with equal parts orange and pineapple juice (amounts vary upon your preference) then garnish with mint! It’s seriously that simple! Or, make them individually in each cup by placing a few chunks of pineapple in the glass, a couple of sprigs of mint, a splash of orange and pineapple juice and then fill with prosecco! Boring mimosas no more!

Cucumber Gin Prosecco Fizz
If you thought the last drink was simple, wait until you try this one. In a glass with ice, sliced cucumber and mint leaves, pour in a teaspoon of elderflower syrup, an ounce of gin then top with prosecco. This drink is particularly delicious, so consider yourselves warned! 😉

Grown Up Prosecco Sorbet Float
Last but not least, the sweetest of them all – the grown up take on a float with prosecco and sorbet! Choose your favourite sorbet and scoop into a glass, top with prosecco and it’s truly as simple as that! This one’s perfect for soaking up the last weeks of summer.
